A ONE DAY TASTER COURSE IN MINDFULNESS MEDITATION, SENSORY AWARENESS AND THE SIMPLE ART OF CENTERING.


This is an opportunity to learn fundamental skills of mindfulness meditation. Further exercises will be given to increase sensory awareness and to develop a centered state from which open and more powerful actions can be taken to move forward towards your goals.

We live only part of the life we are given.

These two courses will focus on how we integrate the different elements of our lives, but within the context of the BIG PICTURE. Course two INCLUDES THE SHADOW ELEMENTS WE SPEND OUR ENERGY EXCLUDING.

We will explore meditation techniques and visualization practices that will help place our lives in context and access deeper levels of self-knowledge. The course will place at its centre exploration and support for positive change in our lives.

In a society which constantly fractures and divides the different parts of our lives, this day will give us tools to integrate and balance these elements.

The day involves both meditation techniques and physical and mental practices.


A ONE DAY COURSE IN MINDFULNESS MEDITATION, BREATHING TECHNIQUES AND DEALING WITH CHANGE.


This is an opportunity to learn fundamental skills of mindfulness meditation or to follow up and deepen your practice if you have attended previous courses. This course will keep meditation at its centre, but will give you a series of powerful breathing techniques to enhance calmness and increase energy. The course will also focus on how we deal with change and introduce participants to the starting movements of Wu Chi.


WU CHI:-A ONE DAY COURSE IN THE THREE BODIES OF WU CHI, EMPTINESS AND YIN AND YANG.

This is an opportunity to learn the opening of the rare and extraordinary Wu Chi form, a set of movements at once an energy enhancing exercise, a meditation, and an introduction to martial arts. All of these aspects will be introduced. During the day you will also be introduced to the foundations of the philosophical system, including the three bodies (gross, subtle and causal) the concept of emptiness, and the application of yin and yang.
