THE COURSE CONTENT.
This extensive free course has seven modules, which will be delivered to you over seven weeks. It forms the background to CLEARCIRCLE workshops and coaching.
1.In this WEEK 1 we will focus mainly on purpose. We will help you define more fully your own purpose, and what qualities you want to bring to your life. We will introduce the idea of greater alignment between you purpose and your actions. We will introduce to you the practice of ‘inviting a quality into your life’.
2.In WEEK 2 we will look at balance. What does this mean? What are the elements you need to be aware of? What are the costs of being out of balance? And how do you move into a more balanced arrangement. We will introduce you to an important awareness practice, and explain the body’s natural rhythms of excitement and recovery.
3.In WEEK 3 we will look at the three centres of the body,and explore the lower centre along with the physical domain. We will look briefly at the importance of exercise and diet in the pursuit of your purpose and balance. We will introduce you to a powerful and simple centering practice.
4.In WEEK 4 we will look at the upper centre and the mental domain. We will suggest to you the power of realistic optimism, and introduce you to the practice of visualisation and a simple, but profound meditation technique. Because the mind is the conduit of spirit we also deal with the spirit domain this week, looking particularly at how a powerful purpose connects to the larger dimensions of Nature, Community and Beauty/Art. Spiritual here refers to our lived connections with something larger than our own self, and not necessarily to a ‘religious’ sense of the word.
5.In WEEK 5 we will look at the middle heart centre and the emotional domain. we explore the elements of emotional mastery and why it is important. We understand how the heart area joins the other two areas to provide meaning and connection to others.
6.In WEEK 6 we will look at the domain of the shadow. These are the aspects of your own being that you refuse to own and take responsibility for, or even allow to enter your awareness. However they are also the source of many of your self-sabotaging habits, and the reason you fail to progress. We also look at your ‘golden shadow’, the disowned aspects of yourself that are part of your greatness!
7.In the final WEEK 7 we will sum up the course looking at the need to connect, to work and coordinate with others, and to take action in pursuit of purpose and balance. We will explore your next steps along the journey.
IN EACH OF THE MODULES YOU WILL BE INTRODUCED TO EXERCISES AND PRACTICES THAT WILL RAISE YOUR AWARENESS AND DEEPEN YOUR EXPERIENCE OF YOUR JOURNEY.
YOU WILL BE INVITED TO EXPLORE YOUR PRESENT STORIES AND TO EXAMINE WHICH ELEMENTS OF YOUR STORY NEEDS TO BE RENEWED OR CHANGED TO ALLOW YOU TO ENTER THE NEXT STAGE OF YOUR JOURNEY TOWARDS PURPOSE AND BALANCE.
