THE FORMAT.
CLEARCIRCLE coaching with John Tuite means that each participant gets a series of six one hour long sessions. During these sessions the exclusive focus is on the participant, their objectives, their developmental needs and their professional life in the context of the organisation they work in.
Prior to the coaching sessions the participants are agreed with the senior leadership, and they are asked to suggest objectives which both are aspirational for themselves and the organisation.
During each coaching session the participants bring a goal that they want to pursue. A typical coaching session will explore that goal, the realities, opportunities and obstacles around it. We then look at options and finally decide on what actions the participant will take after the session.
Coaching is designed to create new opportunities for action. It addresses the aspirations of the participants. It seeks to remove obstacles and limiting beliefs to forward movement. It connects participants to the energy of their commitments and purpose.
