CLEARCIRCLE works to build sustainable, wise and empowered leadership. It offers a rare approach to leadership, in which the whole person is addressed. We assess the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual resources available. These are then addressed through the lens and vehicle of embodied actions and commitments. We focus on developing clear and profound purpose, commitments and values and releasing the enormous energy that is available when there is good alignment between these elements and the rest of our lives. We focus on how these are manifest through posture, tone, breath, energy and action, and introduce practices that build greater awareness, enhanced energy, skillful means and encourage movement into new actions and possibilities.

The coaching is highly practical and offers an alternative to learning that is primarily cognitive and inactive.
